Can I buy big quantities without having to repeat the steps of purchase many times?
Yes, for big quantities Hito Holds has a order sheet that you can download from the section " Information / order sheet) ". It is necessary to fillin the form with the quantities you need, after that you send us an email to email@example.com and we will immediately contact with you.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE FOR MY PURCHASE?
All purchases are invoiced in Euros

WHAT IS THE REASON MY CREDIT CARD IS REJECTED?
Your card can be rejected for one of the following reasons:
The card can be expired. Check your card is expiring date.
It is possible that the limit of the card has been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
It is possible that some information introduced is incorrect. Check that you have filled all the necessary gaps correctly.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEB?
Yes, the information transmitted is SSL encrypted. For payment with Visa and Mastercard only CES (Electronic Safe Trade) transactions will be accepted. After checking that the card is adhered to the system CES, the system will contact the bank that issued it in order to authorize buyer´s the purchase. When the bank confirms its authenticity, the card will be charged.Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
CAN I RECEIVE AN INVOICE ADDRESSED TO MY COMPANY?
Yes. We automatically send invoices by e-mail once you goods are dispatched. You only have to mark the option 'company' in personal information and fillin fiscal information we ask for.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Home delivery. Remember that if you wish you can indicate different delivery address from that of invoicing. This is very useful in case you want to make a gift. If you spend more time at work than home or if you are staying away from home.
HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once payment received we proceed to delivery of your order.
The delivery times are approximate and depend on the type of shipping selected.
Home delivery: Between 2-5 days after payment is received. Delivery times are shorter than the ones marked by law (Art. 43 of the law for retail trade: there is a maximum time of 30 days for delivery of the product from since the order is received).
HOW MUCH I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
The orders are served within 7-10 days after the payment is received.
For European union countries, our online shop automatically calculates the shipping cost upon the order.
In case of orders over 1.500 €, please, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your offer and we will check the shipping costs, we guarantee minimum costs.
Countries outside the European Union please send us an email to email@example.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.
For Canary islands customers: Customers in the Canary Islands are not required to pay VAT. Once you know your holds for order, please send us, we will contact you as soon possible.
CAN I FOLLOW THE STATE OF MY ORDER?
If you have created user's account you will be able to see the state of your order.
WHAT IS DELIVERY PROCESS LIKE?
After receiving the payment, the order is prepared and sent by shipping means service to the destination you have chosen.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
HOW CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM OR RETURN IT?
You always have to get in touch with us by means of e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason of return, so as to authorize it. We will inform you, how you can return the item and we will confirm if the return is accepted.
The holds and the rest of products have to be in perfect condition, with the label in place and with correspondent receipt of purchase. On the contrary, HITOHOLDS keeps the right to reject the change or return.
HOW LONG IS RETURN POLICY TIME?
The time for any change or return is 14 days from the date of purchase.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR EXCHANGE O RETURN?
In case of manufacturing defects or faults, shipping expenses are covered by Hito Holds.
In the rest of cases, those expenses are to be covered by the buyer.
FOR WHAT REASONS CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
If the product does not satisfy you. The postage and handling and possible damages suffered by the goods are at the expense of the customer. Return will not proceed on goods or orders that could be considered special for customer, made with special characteristics on demand of the customer.
Do I get my money back? No, 90 % of the amount of the order, 10 % being retained, at the cost of handing and administrative revision.
Defective product of origin. In this case HITO HOLDS will manage the change or repair the material immediately. The change will be proceeded always for the same item or reference. Only the first shipping will be charged, the further ones will be covered by HITO HOLDS.
Exchange for another article. In this case the expenses of return and new shipping will have to be covered by the customer.
WHAT CONDITIONS FOR RETURN?
HITO HOLDS will check the receipt and condition of the packing accessories of the product before returning the amount.
The return price will be the same as in the original order.
Not exceeding 14 days after the order as stated by law.
HITO HOLDS will not take responsibility for failures and damages caused during the installation of our products.
